Another record shot of a small bird in an unhelpful pose! The Pale-eyed Pygmy Tyrant has pale irises, light underparts, faint streaking on chest, quite a long thin bill.

We saw this Pale-Eyed Pygmy Tyrant in El Valle de Anton in west-central Panama.
